Shipping

We take enormous pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date. Shipping time is 2 days after it leaves our cakery.

All orders require a processing time of 48 business hours before shipping out or being delivered.  See below for more shipping info. 

We ship Monday thru Wednesday.  All orders require a processing time of 48 hours.  If we get your order by Monday, it can ship that week.  If we get your order after Wednesday, it will ship the following Monday.  If you request a Monday or Tuesday delivery date the shipping time is four days (not advised due to possible melting).

We do not offer same day shipping, and cannot ship out the day we receive your order.  

If you have a dessert emergency, email info@allthatfrosting.com to inquire pricing for shipping overnight.  We will need the shipping address to give you a price and what you want to order.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date and offer no refunds for your order not being delivered on a date picked by you.  We can offer no refunds if your order is not delivered on time as once the order leaves our hands it is controlled by USPS, FedEx or UPS, not us.  We do everything we can to get your order delivered timely. We know your celebrations are important to you and we care, which is why we monitor the dates closely and try to ship early as long as we get enough notice from you.

 

Local Delivery


Delivery will be within 1 hour of agreed upon time. You must have a responsible person available to take ownership of the cake and assume all responsibility once setup is complete (if applicable).

We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after delivery and setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and level surface.

The optimal room temperature for your cake is 75 degrees or below. Desserts placed outside are liable to react to the temperature. In hot or humid weather there is the possibility of sugar decorations melting or damage to Desserts.

Client assumes full responsibility for making sure all nonedible cake décor, including but not limited to, sugar flowers, are removed from the cake before it is cut and served. Sugar flowers are made from edible materials, but are not intended for consumption as wires are sometimes added for strength and flexibility to achieve a more natural look. DO NOT EAT DÉCOR.

On occasion, we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. The Client must credit All That Frosting Cakery if pictures of the cake are used for any purpose other than personal use.

If your cake requires equipment such as columns, cake plates or a stand, a credit card number must be provided and kept on file with us to ensure the safe return of the equipment. The equipment must be returned within three days of the event. If not returned within three days you will receive an email and text reminder. If the equipment is not returned within 24 hours of the reminder your credit card will be charged a $150.00 fee to cover the cost of the equipment.

Refund Policy 

There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have already been made, have shipped, or custom items have been purchased. (This means no returns, refunds, or cancellations within 7 days of chosen delivery date.)

Cancellations and/or changes for orders, not including Wedding Cakes/Desserts, must be made at least 7 business days in advance of the scheduled pick up time.  Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice.  Your store credit expires one year from the date of issue. No cash refunds.

Wedding Cakes – Please be sure you want the cake before placing the order. Changes may be made to the decoration of the cake with 2 business days notice.  NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT.
