Does All That Frosting Cakery deliver?
Yes! All That Frosting Cakery delivers within a ten-mile radius of downtown Douglasville, to Douglas, Fulton, and Cobb Counties. Please allow a four-hour time window for delivery. Deliveries must be placed by 5:00pm the day before desired delivery date, unless same-day option is chosen. Deliveries are made between 12:00pm and 6:00pm. Requested delivery times are honored as best as our load for the day allows.
Can I phone or e-mail an order for pick-up?
The best way to place an order is through our online ordering system. However, you can also contact us via phone or email and one of our representatives would be happy to assist you with placing an order.
Do you accept call-ahead orders for same day pick-up?
Because we receive a large volume of pick-up orders for each day, we request that all call-ahead orders be placed by 5:00pm the day before. When circumstances allow, we do our best to accommodate same day pre-order requests, but in any event, you may always visit one of our cupcake vending locations during the business’s regular business hours. These orders are for classic or tradition designs only. Custom orders require a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
What if I need to have cupcakes delivered today?
We offer same-day delivery! Orders must be placed by 1:00pm EST and come in a baker’s choice variety only. Limit of 3 dozen. Please note that time requests for same-day deliveries may not be honored.
Can I order a flavor that is not listed?
Yes! Please contact one of our locations and a representative would be happy to assist you with your order.
What does All That Frosting Cakery sell?
We create custom cakes, cupcakes, mini cupcakes, cake pops, cake popsicles, cake jars, and other baked goods. We create desserts for baby showers, birthdays, weddings, corporate events, etc. If you don’t see something listed just ask. In addition to bake goods, we will offer baking kits, gift sets, and aprons soon.
Do I need to order my cupcakes in advance?
We are happy to serve all customers via our refrigerated cupcake vending machines. For our vending locations and hours, please click here. Custom orders do have to be placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. We will also have the option to pick up special orders via vending machines coming soon.
Does All That Frosting Cakery offer rush delivery?
Any order requested 7 days or less is considered rush delivery and will incur an additional fee of $50.
How do I store my cupcakes?
We recommend that you store your cupcakes at room temperature. If you will be consuming the cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can freeze them and they are good for up to 3 weeks after they are purchased. Just wrap the box in plastic wrap. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before they are to be served.
Are your desserts frozen?
Our desserts are baked fresh daily for our local customer. Desserts are frozen before shipping orders to non-local customers.

Does All That Frosting Cakery offer custom fondant decorations?
We offer custom fondant decorations for special occasions including holidays, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, and corporate events. In addition, cupcakes can be customized with personal monograms, corporate logos, or photos replicated on fondant. Custom decorations are offered at an additional charge. Please email us a JPEG image and we can replicate it on the fondant decorations for your cupcakes.To inquire about placing a customized cupcake order, please contact us and a representative would be delighted to assist you. Does All That Frosting Cakery cater for weddings, baby showers and other events?
All That Frosting Cakery creates beautiful cupcakes for special events in life. Tell us your ideas and inspiration so we can make it come to life. Does All That Frosting Cakery offer on-site set up?
Yes, for an additional fee, we are able to offer on-site set up.
Does All That Frosting Cakery offer individual boxing?
We do offer favor boxes for an additional fee. We offer favor boxes that hold one individual standard-size cupcake. The favor boxes are our standard white boxes sealed with an All That Frosting Cakery sticker.
Does All That Frosting Cakery offer large volume orders discounts?
We do offer volume discounts at All That Frosting Cakery. For large volume orders, please contact us and a representative would be delighted to assist you. For corporate orders involving multiple locations or multiple recipients, please contact catering@allthatfrosting.com.

Does All That Frosting Cakery offer cupcake decorating classes?
Yes! All That Frosting Cakery hosts private decorating workshops for birthdays, showers, and other events. To schedule a cupcake decorating party, please contact us. We will also offer classes in the near future.

Does All That Frosting Cakery offer any gluten-free, vegan or sugar-free cupcakes?
All That Frosting Cakery is pleased to offer both gluten-free and vegan cupcake flavors and we are constantly adding new flavors to our menu. However, All That Frosting Cakery is not an allergen-free bakery.
If I have a nut-allergy, should I eat at All That Frosting Cakery?
All That Frosting Cakery is NOT a nut-free bakery. Several of our flavors contain peanuts or other nut products. We do separate and sanitize baking area and tools between uses, but we do not have separate ovens. Due to this we cannot guarantee that the environment will be free of allergens. We recommend that customers with nut allergies to be cautious and refrain from eating our cupcakes.
